Expanded Hermes; added Herdr and RepairDesk integration case studies.
Retained earlier software and infrastructure work in the project directory.

Added an IT operations knowledge-base framework as a professional documentation project.
Refocused the homepage around current work, featured professional case studies, technical skills, experience, homelab infrastructure, and recruiter contact paths.
Removed hobby-only references and reduced placeholder-heavy homepage sections.
Brought Hermes LabOps login to a working state and shifted focus toward deployment stability and safer repair workflow automation.
Started turning real repair/support workflows into portfolio content, including offline email access, legacy Mac/OpenCore notes, diagnostic documentation, and senior-friendly tech support ideas.
